My wife, Debra, along with our 3 children moved to West Melbourne in 1997.  I have lived in the greater Melbourne area since 1960. Following high school I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps.  After my honorable discharge in 1978 I joined L3Harris Corporation.  While working full-time I attended college and obtained my B.S. degree in 1988.  L3Harris has provided me with extensive training and work experience in a wide range of fields including: engineering, program management, business development, and engineering management.  I retired from L3Harris in November of 2017.  I have dedicated much of my free time in the last several years to community assistance organizations including: United Way, Meals on Wheels, Habitat for Humanity, Space Coast Early Intervention Center, Marine Corps League, Promise of Brevard and the Space Coast Field of Dreams.

Positions  currently held: Senior Vice Commandant Brevard County Marine Corps League, Executive Officer Space Coast Young Marines, West Melbourne City Council, Board Member Space Coast League of Cities, Board Member West Melbourne Police Pension Fund, President Ashley Manor Homeowners Association, Deacon Bethany Ministries and husband to my wife Debbie for the last 41 years.
I believe my strong management skills and current city council experience will continue to be a significant value to the city and I welcome the opportunity to continue making a difference in my local community.
